Original halfleather portfolio box with cloth-covered boards, the sides of the box wood, in a slipcase.. Lacking the lower side of the box, a split in the slipcase, otherwise fine.

Folio. 13 plates by Baskin, printed on specially made paper (by E. Towgood, Sawston). The original drawings from which the plates were made were specially commissioned for this portfolio. 2500 regular copies were made with a single suite of the plates. Printed at the Curwen Press. The portfolio box was made by Richard Mayer (Stuttgart).
